Q. How often are the property listings updated?
A. The justfindit network database is continuously being updated. Property Owners/Managers have the ability to create new ads and edit their Ads anytime, 24/7. We recommend you check back regularly.
Q. Is there a fee for using justfindit.ca?
A. There is no fees for Using our service. Our service is 100% free for visitors to search our listings.
Q. My search results is coming up as 0 found?
A. Try broadening your search. There may be no rental properties for the search criteria's you have picked. Ad's are constantly being added, and updated so you can try again a little later.
Q. I am interested in a property who can I call for more information?
A. Each Ad will have its own contact information and/or specify details on how to reach the landlord. You can always find an email form at the bottom of every Ad, to reach the landlord directly.
Q. Do I have to register/signup to use justfindit.ca?
A. No, registration/signup is not needed if you would like to search through our rental listings. However, if you'd like to save your Searches, or view your Favorite Ads at a later time you'll need an account. Also by having a free account you can receive automatic emails of newly posted rental properties that match your search criteria. Creating an account takes seconds and is free! You can signup here.
Q. What is a residential property?
A. A Residential property is where a person might live or call home. Examples of a residential property are, apartments, condos, homes, townhouses, bachelor, lofts, student rentals, or shared living space, etc. Not a typical place where a person would regularly conduct business.
Q. How do I search for a residential property listing?
A. You can begin your search by choosing residential properties in the dropdown window. Then click on your desired province on the animated map or you can chose by the dropdown window. You will then be directed to a page where you can select the specific region where your city/town is located. Next, you can chose the cities/towns you'd like your desired rental property to reside in. Then you can narrowÃ‚Â down your search based on monthly rent, bedroom, bathrooms and property type. You can always click on New Search tab at the top of the page and have more advanced search options.
Q. What is a commercial/business property?
A. A commercial/business property is for business work. Examples of these properties are, office spaces, industrial buildings, store front, etc. NOT a typical place to live.
Q. How do I search for a commercial or business property listing?
A. You can begin your search by choosing commercial properties in the dropdown window. Then click on your desired province on the animated map or you can chose by the dropdown window. You will then be directed to a page where you can select the specific region where your city/town is located. Next you can chose the cities/towns you'd like your desired rental property to reside in. Then you can narrow down your search based on monthly rent or price per sq.ft., offices, size and property type. You can always click on New Search tab at the top of the page and have more advanced search options.

Q. How do I post an Ad?
A. First click on the Post Ad page. Then chose one of our great packages via the dropdown window at the bottom of the page and click on Create my Ad button. Then fill in all your information in order to post an Ad. Then when you are done you can preview your Ad or proceed to pay for your Ad. As soon as your payment is excepted (regularly in just 5 seconds) your Ad will be posted. Then you can use your login information to edit/modify or Ad another listing by simply logging in to your account by clicking on the Modify Ad page.
Q. How to Renew an Ad?
A. Sign in to your account here and click on “Renew Ad”. Then just purchase more advertisement time and instantly your Ad is renewed and posted. You may also chose to the auto renewal option. You can just check the check box that asks if you want to be automatically renewed, located next to your Ad in your account. This will insure your Ad is automatically renewed, making sure your Ad is constantly visible to potential tenants and making it one less thing to ever worry about.
Q. When will my listing appear on the site?
A. The listing is posted immediately on the site once you have added your listing and payment is received.
Q. How long will my property stay on the website?
A. It all depends on the package you have chosen. For example if you have chosen a 1 month listing, and after the 1 month you have chosen to not renew, your Ad will stop being visible to the public the moment your Ad had expired. However your Ad information along with your contact information stays on our secured servers. The reason for this is, if you chose to renew 6 months or even in 2 years later, all your information is kept, so all you need to do is login with your original login information and add more advertising time and your Ad is reposted. You can of course edit it and update it as much as you’d like.
